Hugh Mulley is a City trained corporate and commercial solicitor with over 20 years’ experience acting for clients across the business spectrum. He has a background in major London Law Firms, including a period of 4 years working as a lawyer in the Middle East, and was head of the corporate commercial group at a leading Hertfordshire Law Firm.

Hugh advises clients on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, including private company share and business sales and purchases, shareholders and joint venture agreements, corporate restructures and general commercial agreements.

Hugh’s experience has ranged from advising on multi million Pound transactions with an international dimension to advice on the restructure of family owned businesses. His diploma in Corporate Finance gives an extra dimension to the service that he provides.

Other Interests

Hugh has always been a keen traveller (he grew up in the Middle East and subsequently spent 4 years working there), enjoys walking and is learning to play the guitar (electric and acoustic) – whilst probably fair to say that it doesn’t sound good, it’s not as bad as it used to be!
