Asif Khan
Experience
Asif Khan is a corporate, commercial and financial services solicitor. Before joining Lawbite, Asif worked in private practice with a silver circle international firm and in-house with FCA regulated investment and asset management firms. In addition to being legal counsel, he has performed the roles of Compliance Officer and MLRO. He has overseen remediation arising out of FCA Skilled Person reviews and has a good understanding of corporate governance, particularly relating to AIM companies.
As a Consultant Solicitor with Labwite, Asif has helped start-ups and SMEs on a wide range of corporate, commercial and finance matters including company and business sales and purchases, shareholder and joint venture agreements, share buybacks, restructurings and fund raisings.

Other Interests
Outside of work, Asif enjoys travelling with diplomat wife and learning about the history of each place he visits. He enjoys playing tennis when the weather is good and has recently taken up skiing.
