In today's uncertain economic climate, businesses are often confronted with rising input costs, labour fees, and administrative expenses. Additionally, legal costs can be an unexpected burden for entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs attempting to navigate the complexities of running a business during a recession.

To help alleviate this pressure, we have improved our subscription offering to equip you with the legal support you need to stay afloat and thrive during these difficult times.

Our goal is to provide you with access to high-quality legal advice at a price that fits your business’ budget and the amount of legal support you require. We understand that legal issues can add to the financial strain of a recession, so we are here to guide you in meeting your day-to-day legal obligations, while also providing ongoing protection when you need it the most.

LawBite’s subscription plans

The restructuring of our plans allows businesses who need occasional, regular or tailored legal assistance, to start enjoying the benefits of LawBite at a price that suits their requirements.

Through the Professional plan, you can receive 3 hours of legal advice* upfront for work you need to complete today, then access a £20 discount on our legal advice rate which you can keep using throughout the length of your subscription.

Similarly, the Premier plan has been created to fit the needs of larger projects and more frequent demand, providing 12 hours of legal advice upfront* and a £30 discount on our legal advice rate which you can utilise when you need it the most.

The most significant improvement we’re introducing is the Premier+ plan, which has been designed for bespoke or complex legal work and includes 20+ hours of legal support a year, plus exclusive rates and discounts on our services.

New benefits and features

Alongside restructuring our plans, we’ve added some useful new features and benefits that any customer using the platform can start utilising.

Refer and earn

Through our new refer and earn scheme, you’ll be able to refer professionals in your network to us in return for money off your legal work.

For every successful referral you send us, we'll reward you with £150 credit**. We'll also reward your friends with £50 off their first case. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can send us, meaning you can pay for your legal through your network of contacts.

To get started with the refer and earn scheme, sign up for an Essentials account.

Exclusive offers from our partners

We've teamed up with top brands to bring you exclusive offers and discounts. We've carefully selected our partners to ensure we provide you with the best possible deals to help you succeed and make huge savings on associated business costs.

To access deals from companies such as Tide, Superscript, Airwallex and more, sign up for an Essential account.

Predictive legal tools

In addition, we’ve launched a helpful slider on our pricing page that enables you to see the approximate number of hours required for an average piece of legal work. For example, drafting Loan Agreements (1.5-4.5 hours), filing Trademark applications (2-2.5 hours), or reviewing IR35 compliance (2-4 hours).

If you’re unfamiliar with the work and expertise associated with the legal issue you’re facing, this transparency can help you to effectively plan and budget. You can access the new slides on our pricing page.

*Hours of included legal advice are only applicable to customers that are on an annual payment subscription plan.
**A 'successful referral' is considered a new LawBite customer who signs up to the LawBite platform and pays for a piece of legal work. The £150 legal credit will not be added to your account until payment has been made by the referee. For more information, please read our full terms and conditions here.
