These are the findings of a survey we conducted with YouGov to understand what roadblocks are in the way of SMEs. There were 1,000 SMEs interviewed in the UK and the results were analysed by the Centre of Economics and Business Research (CEBR). The results are shocking, with an upper estimate indicating that SMEs are losing more than £13.6 billion a year by failing to take care of their legal issues. .
