LawBite is pleased to announce a brand new product launch in conjunction with specialist business legal documents provider Simply Docs. We've created some of the most comprehensive online legal packages in the UK for SMEs. We now have access to the Simply Docs Business or Employment legal documents pack at a discounted rate, with each containing over 400 contracts for any business or employment need. As many SMEs need a little extra guidance to tailor or understand the documents they sign, we're providing discounted access to our expert LawBriefs as well. There are two combined products available: 1. A Simply Docs Business or Employment Pack + 1 hour of a LawBite lawyers' time = £140+vat (saving £25) 2. A Simply Docs Business or Employment Pack + document review by a LawBite lawyer = £99+vat (saving £35) This also means you can access their documents, upload them to the LawBite system using our new upload tool to benefit from our editing, sharing, e-signing and storage facilities too. We've created an API across both our websites which means you only need to sign-up once via LawBite and then use the same email address to log into Simply Docs. Download their business pack to access their Shareholder Agreement as well as hundreds of other business contracts then use our check a contract service to make sure you're getting the best deal for your business from the outset. Or perhaps you are taking on a consultant and need a Consultancy Agreement? Why not download their employment pack and then seek contract advice from us so that we can tailor the document to suit your exact project needs! You can then send it off to them to be signed using our e-signing facility. Access these fantastic new deals from the LawBite website here. Lizzie Knight Head of Marketing LawBite
