Experience

Stuart has dealt with a wide range of commercial property transactions including commercial conveyancing, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters, development, and high value residential conveyancing. He also provides support to the corporate and insolvency teams.

Drawing on over 25 years’ experience in the law he has acted on behalf of wide range of clients including landlords and tenants, private property companies, Boeing (formerly the biggest aircraft manufacturer in the world), M&G Real Estate (who are one of the world’s top 30 property investors) charities, bus companies, banks, offshore trusts and individual investors.

He particularly enjoys acting on behalf of SMEs. In his own words:

“I enjoy acting on behalf of SME’s as they are essential in driving both the local and national economy. You are more often than not dealing directly with the business owner which  means they are more flexible and able to make important decisions faster. As a result of dealing directly with the business owner it is easier to build relationships some of which I am proud to say have lasted more than 20 years and are still going strong.”
