Stephen Lane

Stephen Lane is a Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience of corporate and commercial work, both as a partner in City law firms and inhouse lawyer in multi-nationals. He has extensive international experience having worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Having worked inhouse has given Stephen a focus on providing commercial and cost-effective solutions to legal issues, reducing managements distraction from running and building the business.

Stephen’s experience covers most areas of corporate and commercial work likely to be encountered by SMEs operating in today’s business world.
