Nicholas is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with over 25 years of legal expertise. Having qualified at Lovells and then working at Slaughter and May in corporate finance, Nicholas eventually made partner at Norton Rose before founding his own law firm.

Nicholas specialises in corporate, corporate finance, and commercial contracts, and his client base often requires him to navigate international matters.

In Nicholas’s own words…

“I enjoy working with SMEs because there is an opportunity to make a real impact, and often you become more than simply a provider of legal advice. Having been on the other side of the table as an SME client myself, I understand how vital it is to have access to good quality legal advice at a reasonable cost and how important it is to see clients’ wider commercial objectives.”
