Experience

Katherine Jackson is an experienced commercial solicitor who currently practices at LawBite.

She has over eight years of experience working as in-house counsel in a range of industries, including engineering, construction, cyber security, and energy. This extensive experience has given her a broad range of skills in handling various commercial contracts.

Katherine specialises in drafting and negotiating business terms and conditions, supply of goods or services agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), distribution agreements, and agency and consultancy agreements. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising on pre-litigious matters such as breach of contract or debt claims.

One of the most critical skills of an in-house counsel is the ability to view legal matters from a commercial perspective. Katherine excels in this regard and is widely recognised by her clients as a trusted legal and business partner.

She takes pride in offering pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice tailored to her clients' specific needs. Katherine is known for working efficiently to ensure that her clients receive the best possible service.

In Katherine’s own words…

"I enjoy the variety of working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and getting to know their businesses. Helping small businesses have the right legal documents and agreements in place to help them thrive and build strong foundations is extremely rewarding."
