Gina has more than 20 years’ experience advising both multinational clients and SMEs on commercial contracts, licensing, franchising, IT-related contracts (including SaaS for fintech companies and software licences) and all aspects of intellectual property (trademark registrations/transfers, copyright and IP disputes). She also has experience advising clients on data privacy and confidentiality (NDAs).
