Software and App Development Agreement (modified and unsupported) PRO CUSTOMER

This agreement covers the development and delivery of special or modified software by one company for another, with no support services

The Customer requires software development services and wishes to appoint the Supplier to provide such services. The Customer agrees to engage the Supplier and the Supplier accepts such appointment to provide the software development and related services (“Services”) to the Customer upon the terms and conditions of this agreement.
