Sarah Keeley is a highly experienced immigration lawyer with over 15 years' PQE. She has a deep technical knowledge of the UK immigration rules, with particular expertise in sponsor licensing, HR compliance and Tier 2 employment and Tier 1 business routes.
Sarah worked at CMS Cameron McKenna between 2003 and 2011, and as a Senior Solicitor successfully managed key accounts for multi-national companies across the financial services, energy, pharma, retail, manufacturing and tech sectors. She also advised UHNW, HNW private client and start-up/SME businesses. Sarah has held managerial and subject-matter expert positions at market-leading global immigration firms Fragomen and Berry Appleman and Leiden, developing a collaborative and strategic corporate advisory style. Sarah worked for Deloitte between 2014 and 2019 and as an Associate Director was part of the firm’s cross-functional Brexit advisory team.

Sarah is an outdoor girl and enjoys road or mountain biking, (wild) swimming, and running or walking her dog, whatever the weather. She is an avid reader, loves literature, theatre and dance, and has worked with schools on literacy and drama projects.
