Elspeth Lowe has 15 years’ experience providing commercial, regulatory and compliance advice to UK businesses from small start-ups and SME’s to large multi-national corporations with particular expertise in high value commercial and IT contracts.

She has specialist procurement experience in the financial services sector and defence sector and is well used to working in highly regulated, security classified environments.

Elspeth has expertise in setting up and standardising business documentation for supplier/customer contracts and all associated policy documentation including:

Software as a Service agreements
NDA’s
Compliance documentation such as anti-bribery and corruption policy and modern slavery policy.
