Ekaterina Mazepa



Ekaterina Mazepa is an experienced solicitor who has been providing legal services for over 10 years. Her work spans many legal sectors with particular emphasis on disputes and commercial law including reviewing, drafting and negotiation various commercial contracts.

Working on disputes, Ekaterina has assisted numerous clients, including small to medium size businesses, advising them on litigation and settlement strategies. She strives to achieve the best commercial settlement for her clients, often without matters progressing to court, but has also prepared and attended hearings for complex and high value commercial cases working closely with Counsel.  She has worked on a variety of disputes including ones between shareholders, investors, banks and companies.

Ekaterina’s commercial work experience varies. She has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating various agreements ranging from corporate documents such as shareholders agreements, share buyback agreements and loan agreements to commercial documents such as collaborations agreements, T&C’s, agreements for the provision of goods and services, club rule books, platform agreements and NDA’s.

Ekaterina’s has also specialised in Compliance and Regulatory matters. In 2019 – 2021 she was the Head of Legal Practice and Compliance in a medium size London City firm.
